North Texas Canine & Feline Rescue is an all-volunteer, non-profit, no-kill canine and feline rescue and advocacy organization composed of people whose passion is to help those animals who cannot help themselves. Our mission is to rescue, provide sanctuary, and ultimately find abandoned, abused, neglected, and lost dogs and cats the perfect "forever home" that meets their exact needs.
NTCR takes in cats and kittens from local animal shelters in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, rescues abandoned felines from other locations and takes in kittens and cats surrendered by owners to the extent of our resources, which greatly rely on the availability of foster homes.
Operation Pets Alive! believes that many in our community share our values with regard to homeless dogs and cats. Therefore, we see a need to increase community awareness and community involvement regarding the No-Kill movement and the plight of homeless dogs and cats in our community. We have adopted over 1050 dogs and cats to our local community through our Foster/Adoption program. Our transport programs, Pups on Trucks, Flight for Life, & Puppies and Kittens with Wings, supplement local rescue efforts by sending at risk dogs, puppies or kittens to partnering shelters and rescues in the Northeast, and other areas of the country where these transport candidates realize a 99.9% save rate.
Our mission is to help place homeless cats and kittens in new homes while providing education to the community on spaying and neutering their pets. Purr Paws does not have a shelter. We are a foster home based rescue.
Rescued Pets Movement Inc. is a 501(c)(3) organization that provides a second chance for thousands of homeless dogs and cats through rehabilitation and transport to forever homes in communities throughout the United States and Canada that have a demand for adoptable pets.
Save A Purrfect Cat Rescue is 501(c)3 no-kill organization and an adoption network committed to finding permanent homes for cats and kittens. Since we do not have a shelter, we rely on a network of volunteer foster homes to care for the cats until adopted.
S.A.V.E Rescue Coalition was formed to reduce the number of homeless pets in the Greater Houston area by promoting adoption and accessible, affordable spay/neuter options.
Second Chance Pets (SCP) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) foster care organization focused on animal advocacy through responsible rescue, rehabilitation, and appropriate placement of cats and dogs.
